- INSPECT VEHICLE FOR DAMAGE,LEAKS, PROPER PERFORMANCE AND SCAN FOR CODES AND DATA. PERFORM A/C CHECK FOR PROPER OPERATION. CHECK FLUID LEVELS AND CONDITIONS AND INSPECT SPARK PLUGS AND IGNITION SYSTEM. NOTE: SOME VEHICLES EXTRA FOR R&I SPARK PLUGS INSPECT BRAKES, SUSPENSION AND TIRES
- + ADD FOR IGNITION COIL CONNECTOR R&R
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – V6 – [Includes: R&I Upper Intake Manifold.]
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
- Clean gum and soft carbon deposit from fuel delivery components and inside combustion chamber, add 44k fuel additive to fuel tank. Road test vehicle.
